Pre-conference workshops will have a separate registration process in early 2015. Delegates who register for the conference will be contacted when the workshop registrations open.

Delegates are strongly encouraged to register and book their accommodation as early as possible to avoid disappointment, as another large event is being held at the same time and accommodation will be extremely limited. Please note that the block bookings of local hotel rooms reserved for DH2015 can only be held until the early bird closing date, after which time they will be available to the general public.

All registration fees include morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and two receptions.

Membership to ADHO associations starts from only $50 AUD (or, for students, $32 AUD) to join the Australasian Association for Digital Humanities. Click here for more information.

Confirmation and Tax Invoices

A tax invoice will be emailed once your registration has been processed. All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD$) and include GST.

Insurance

The registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. Participants are advised to take out personal insurance, including cover for travel, accommodation and personal possessions. Neither the Committee or Conference Design Pty Ltd covers individuals against the cancellations of bookings for any reason including cancellation or postponement of the conference or for theft or damage to belongings.

Registration Cancellation Policy

Cancellations that are notified in writing by the early bird date will be eligible for a refund less $150. Cancellations notified after this date will not be eligible for any refund, however another person may attend the Conference.

Conference Cancellation or Postponement

The members of the Committee and Conference Design Pty Ltd do not accept any liability for losses incurred in the event of the conference being cancelled or postponed due to an unforeseen event or any other event that renders performance of this conference inadvisable, illegal, impracticable or impossible. An unforeseen event shall include, but shall not be limited to: an Act of God; infectious disease outbreak, industrial disruptions, service provider failures, governmental restrictions and/or regulations; war or apparent act of war; terrorism or apparent act of terrorism; disaster; civil disorder, disturbance, and/or riots; curtailment, suspension, and/or restriction on transportation; or any other emergency. In the event the conference is cancelled no refunds will be issued. All available funds, after cancellation expenses, will be credited towards a future conference held by the hosting organisation.
